Five Mornings is a part of an ongoing series of sound works incorporating field recordings which document the waking of the urban environment.

These environments are incredibly rich, intricately constituted, and ultimately irreplicable. Where they begin/end is unclear. The vantage points are somewhat arbitrary. Yet everything audible is of some greater consquence to some (or multiple) networks of actors, actions, objects and material. A machinic cartography.

Recorded December 2018 in Greece, Serbia, North Macedonia and Bulgaria.
